Product Description:
Supports a variety of custom coatings. The service life and performance of different coatings are as follows.
Silicone corona rollers: Dielectric strength is approximately 400 in²/kW. However, for rollers with larger diameters, vulcanized silicone is recommended. Silicone is very economical and can be replaced, but its service life is only about six months.

Epoxy-coated corona rollers: Dielectric strength is approximately 500 in²/kW. Epoxy-coated corona rollers are more durable than silicone corona rollers, with a service life of about one year. Epoxy resin coating is also available. The epoxy resin value varies depending on the operating temperature and hardness requirements. When choosing epoxy resin, please inform us of the operating temperature and required hardness of the roller. Pinholes on the epoxy resin corona roller surface can be repaired on-site.

Ceramic corona rollers: Dielectric strength is 300 in²/kW. They have a service life of approximately two years and offer resistance to high-temperature oxidation, heat insulation, wear, and corrosion. While the manufacturing cost of ceramic corona rollers is higher than silicone and epoxy corona rollers, they can withstand more extreme operating environments.
